Following the application of PreCleanse, lightly lather in hands and apply to damp face and throat morning and evening, massaging with light, upward strokes for at least 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Reduce to one use per day if any sensitivity develops. Follow with Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 when used in the morning.

"I have sensitive skin and in the beginning could only use this once or twice a week, otherwise I got very flaky skin. Over time, I have been able to use it more like 3 times per week. I love how my skin feels after use, but it does get very 'thirsty' so I like to use this at night and then use a lovely rich moisturizer overnight (if I use a regular/lighter moisturizer, my skins feels overly tight afterwards)."
