return policyWe’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Dermalogica.ca purchases with original proof of purchase and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
To make a return, follow the instructions below:
- Place the item into original shipper packaging.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an MRA number
- We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.
- Take your package to a Canada Post Office. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.
Please be advised that Dermalogica Canada will not re-issue a Canada Post Return Waybill. Consumers that no longer have their Canada Post Waybill will need to return the products using a courier of their choice and will not be reimbursed for postage. Any purchases made through a third-party seller, consumer will need to contact third-party seller directly for customer service needs.
