"I have been using this product since its launch, the bottle is a nightmare, how come you have not heard your customers complaining about the poor design one side becomes completely clogged and impossible to extract. What will it take for this issue to be taken seriously?"
"I was really looking forward to adding this to my skin care routine, but three bottles later, I could only get one half of the serum to come out. I had good communication with customer service to try and resolve the problem, but it never did get resolved. It's an awful lot of money for only half of the product. I did like the idea of having two separate chambers and "mixing" the two in the palm of my hand, but the design of the packaging is horrendous and is a known problem. Sadly, this will not be something I purchase again unless they come up with a dramatic change to the design."

I cut open the bottle before throwing it away and discovered one side was still about three-quarters full while the other side was almost empty. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much money on a premium skincare product only to find that the bottle doesn’t dispense all of it. Dermalogica needs to stop investing in gimmicky packaging and focus on bottles that actually work. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue—I’ve had similar problems with other products, including the NeuroTouch Serum. When customers are paying premium prices, they should be able to use every last bit of the product they paid for."
