Instead of issuing a refund for a botched delivery, “management” opt to ignore a customer who shelled out CAD 380. 65 for products she had enjoyed from the original California based company. Kate and Lisa are a blight to this brand. They never addressed the fact that their courier never required a signature for the delivery of expensive goods, not to mention a delayed one at that. Korean and Japanese brands are better for your pores. How do I know? I’ve tried them too. Murad more pricey but overall customer service is superior."
