After cleansing, dispense about a half-teaspoon into very wet hands and create a creamy paste by rubbing hands together. Apply to face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently for one minute, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use daily. For more sensitive skin, apply on alternate days until skin acclimates.

"This product is mild, yet has enough grit, to buff the skin cells to smooth skin texture without being abrasive. All you need is a pea 🫛 size portion while in the shower and apply to the face. The water on your face and hand is enough if you add more water it will drown out the product. Exfoliating is drying to the skin so make sure to moisturize. Non-comedogenic so the pores are not clogged. 👍🏼😁😉 My skin type is combination and I have struggled with acne and dairy or protein B intolerance."

"I'm a previous (and returning) user of the daily microfoliant. I was feeling like my skin needed something a bit different, so I decided to try the "super"foliant. It has caused so many breakouts and has made my skin the worst it has been in YEARS. (I have used it for more than 30 days, so it is not my skin needing to adjust to the new product. It also means I cannot get a refund. ) It also has that charcoal/sulfuric smell to it, so proceed with caution there. Would NOT recommend."
