Ooops no instructions in the box and I just put it all over my face without any buffer cream. It sat on my face for 15 minutes before I wiped off what I could and added the cream. I’m I going to peel…I am starting g to feel a bit tingly. What can I expect from this error?

Can this product be used with the Powerbright Overnight Cream?
Hello, thank you for your question. When using the Overnight Retinol Repair with the included Buffer Cream, then no, you would not use the PowerBright Moisturizer or any PM moisturizer over it. This reason is because the Buffer Cream acts as your PM moisturizer since you are mixing it with the Overnight Retinol Repair. If you apply your PM moisturizer over this mixture, it would be like wearing two moisturizers at once and not ideal for the skin. However if you are using just the retinol without the included Buffer Cream, then yes, you may use the PowerBright Overnight Cream or your preferred PM moisturizer over it! Can i use it under my eyes?
Hi there Stacy, thank you for reaching out to Dermalogica. The Overnight Retinol Repair is not designed to use under the eye area. Rest assured, we have an eye cream that contains retinol! The product is called AGE Reversal Eye Complex. Our AGE Reversal Eye Complex contains .01% retinol to target aging around the delicate eye area. What are the instructions for using this? The box did not have instructions for use - it refers to an “enclosed pamphlet” which was not enclosed

Please use the included Buffer Cream to slowly acclimate the skin to the retinol by mixing in a 3 to 1 ratio (3 parts Buffer Cream 1 part Overnight Retinol Repair), slowly reversing the ratio until you are ready to use Overnight Retinol Repair on its own. My question is whether it's possible to buy this product without the buffer cream. I used it as directed when I bought the first tube, but I really didn't need the buffer cream when I purchased it the second time. But I couldn't find an option to buy just the retinol product. (FYI, the How to Use section above does not appear to apply to Overnight Retinol Repair.)
