I just purchased the fizz mask, and it didn't fizz for me at all! Is this normal or is my product defective?: Hello Laura, Thank you for your question regarding this product. Upon dispensing, the product has a gel-cream texture. Once applied to the skin, and it reacts with oxygen, it causes it to begin fizzing. For best results, we recommend allowing the product to sit undisturbed on the skin after application.
