- Hello Mayra, I would suggest using Ultra Calming Cleanser, daily Milkfoliant (every other day), Ultra Calming Serum and the Skin Smoothing Hydrating lotion. We also have our sensitive skin kit if he would rather start with that. Although skin products cannot be considered a treatment for rosacea, our Ultracalming products can be very helpful to calm and protect the skin. - should this moisturizer tingle on the face? i applied it and maybe 1-2 minutes later my face tingled when i moved it and then it got sweaty not sure if I started sweating from freaking out about the tingling or if it was the product that made me sweat.
