Reviews

Bring it back!

"I absolutely love this product, because I do facials for clients, and they all love it! I am so upset that this product is discountinued because it was so good for my clients that had sensitive and dry skin! As soon as I used this product with the active moist cream, the skin was immediately repaired. This product is a liquid which is quite different to all the other recommended products as it’s not a cream. Please bring this product back!"

"Please bring this back…I have sensitive skin. I can only use your ultra calming products on my face. Each time something discontinued it gives me heart attack. Luckily the ultra calming mist was back. I hope this product will too. This works really well in dry weather, I apply it after the calm water gel."

Q&A

Will you be bring this back? Very sad to find it’s discontinued… what’s an alternative face oil? The website is suggesting ultra calming serum concentrate which doesn’t seem to be the same…..

Do we use barrier defense booster 1st then ultracalming serum or the other way round? Or we use only either one is enough for the skin?
Hello. Thank you so much for your question. You can use either one. Both are not necessary at the same time. You can also use one in the morning and one at night.
So Im slowly making the switch to only using Dermologica brand products on my skin. I bought 4 things recently after looking around Ulta for a bit, but I am wondering what order I should use them in. I bought and used for the 1st time tonight the Rapid Peel Reveal, barrier defense booster which I applied after, and I also have the c-12 Pure and Bright serum as well as the stress positive eye life. is it too much to put that all on my face before I go to bed (and I know the rapid reveal peel is only for 2 more days, but the other 3). My skin is all over the place, I have severe hyper pigmentation issues due to my hormones rn. Currently breastfeeding (7 months strong) and have had 2 periods...so any moms out there can understand the hormonal imbalance and the havoc its wrecking on my skin :(
Hello, Thank you for your interest in Dermalogica. You can use C 12 Pure Bright Serum and Barrier Defense Booster nightly. Use Stress Positive Eye Lift whenever you need a boost. Kind Regards, Bernadette

Is this product safe to use during pregnancy? I have read to stay away from essential oils and know there are oils within the formula therefore wanted to check.
