"I had another retinol cream that made my glands in the eye lid overreact (meibomian glands: they normally make a thin oil that keep tears from evaporating, but some retinol products result in the glands swelling a bit and the oil inside them thicken into a yellowish discharge). I switched to this one and no problem since. It does reduce wrinkles."
