"I like this product very much and have used it for years, but, The large size container, with the pump, is a real problem. I have had 2 of the pump mechanisms refuse to pop up in the past, and I have now had 2 more of these containers, where I couldn't get the pump to pop up for the life of me. My sister even tried, and she just couldn't get it to pop up either, so yet again, I have to squeeze amounts of it into the smaller bottle and use that. Great product, but the pump function is a definite problem."

- I only wipe the product with cotton pads, but I still don't feel comfortable. I wonder if not rinsing with water will harm the skin after long use.
