Participants who purchase one (1) PRO Pen device within 30 days of their PRO Microneedling or Acne Scar Reduction Microneedling workshop date are eligible for a refund of their workshop registration fee.
For clinics registering multiple employees, one PRO Pen purchase qualifies for one workshop fee reimbursement per attendee. Each attendee must have a corresponding PRO Pen purchase to be eligible for reimbursement.
To qualify, all PRO Pen payments must be completed in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of account opening. Eligible refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks of the final payment being received and verified.
Dermalogica reserves the right to verify workshop attendance, PRO Pen purchases, and payment compliance prior to issuing any reimbursement.
