Fabulous but faulty pump
"I absolutely love this serum but the pump stopped working and there was half of the product left in the bottle. For the price tag, you expect quality packaging. How am I suppose to get what’s left? It’s a glass container! Tried to leave it upside down for a while. Did not work. Do I recommend? No. Will I buy it again? No. Just wish I could get reimbursed but it was too late. I’m a big Dermalogica fan and my routine is mostly their products. I’ll stay away from glass bottles with pumps from now on."
