Why is it discontinued? It WAS the best thing for my skin. My skin was no longer dry. Nothing worked like it did on my skin. The cleansing oil does not work like it did. I'm very disappointed.

How and where should I store the cleansing mitt to keep it clean and dry?

What's the difference between the precleanse balm and the precleanse? I have oily, dry (combination) skin with adult hormonal acne. I want to get a pre cleanse to go with the ultracalming cleanser. As I don't want anything harsh but effectively cleaning my skin.
Hello, Crystal! Precleanse is for combination or oily to normal skin. Precleanse Balm is for dry or sensitive to normal skin. They are both used in the same way: apply with dry hands onto dry skin. Melt away makeup. Add water to create a light, milky emulsion and rinse away with no oily residue. Based on the description of your skin, I recommend leaning towards the Precleanse for combination/acne prone skin.
Does the smaller size of PreCleanse balm also come with the mitt?
