At Dermalogica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Dermalogica.ca and will issue a full refund or store credit upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

All returns must be submitted via our Returns Portal.

Please follow the instructions below:

Submit your return via our automated Returns Portal. You will be asked to upload a photo of your item. Dermalogica will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund and/or your refund may be rejected. Once submitted if your return is approved you will receive instructions for the return via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be reviewed. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. Dermalogica does not send out boxes, envelopes, or any other packaging material for customers to return items. Take your package to a Canada Post Office. Once we receive your returned product(s), processing your return and issuing your refund/credit may take up to 30 days. Approved returns that are not sent back within 30 days of receiving the return label, will risk cancelation. Once reviewed, a refund or store credit will be provided. It may take up to 5-10 business days for your financial institution to authorize the return to your credit card. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Returns must be made via Canada Post as per the Returns Portal process. We cannot refund postage if you choose to ship with another courier.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Please reach out to our customer service team if you are unable to send back your return within the 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.

Any purchases made through a third-party seller, consumer will need to contact third-party seller directly for customer service needs.

Dermalogica closely monitors return activity by customers to ensure the fair use of our return policy and prevent abuse. If we suspect any excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, we reserve the right to deny future returns, with or without a receipt, and notify the customer in writing.
