Full-time employees working at least 25 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Dermalogica health plan. See Human Resources for details. Employees may cover their spouse/domestic partner and eligible children to age 26 regardless of student status. Eligible employees are effective on the 1st of the month following their probationary period.

Dermalogica offers a company-matched RRSP savings plan. All full time employees 21 years of age or older are able to participate in the company’s RRSP; you are eligible the first of the month following the probationary period. The company will match up to 5% of an employees contribution into the RRSP and after 10 years of service, the company match will go up to 10%.

Vacation is accrued on a monthly basis and available after 3 months of continuous employment. See Human Resources for details.

Dermalogica observes nine (9) holidays annually, most major Holidays included. Holiday schedule may vary depending on province.

Full-time employees are provided with an excellent benefit - Employee product allocations. This monthly Dermalogica product allowance is calculated at wholesale price versus retail price. Allowance covers only the Dermalogica product line. All employees receive a dollar amount based on tenure to receive Dermalogica products. See Human Resources for details.

Employees and their immediate family will receive 20% discount of treatment services at our Dermalogica Retail Store.
