We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any product returned, for any reason within 14 days. Before you return any Product to us please contact our Returns Support Staff on 416-368-4197 or Toll Free at 1-877-716-3871 to receive an MRA number. Once you have been issued an MRA number, you may use the return Purolator waybill which was contained in your original package.
For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon receipt of the original item.
If you are dissatisfied with a Product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Product, upon receipt of the original item within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
Note: With every online order you have the opportunity to select free samples. You can view the samples available after the checkout page. After you have selected your samples, your samples will be automatically added to your Shopping Bag and you will see them listed along with your merchandise on the Order Confirmation page. Samples are limited and change often. If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available. These samples are not redeemable for cash and are not available for refund or exchange. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.
In the rare incident that the wrong Product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct Product or if the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item delivered in error. In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
Please use the Canada Post Return Waybill provided with your original package. Take your return package to your nearest Canada Post. Please be advised that Dermalogica Canada will not re-issue a Canada Post Return Waybill. Consumers that no longer have their Canada Post Waybill will need to return the products using a courier of their choice and will not be reimbursed for postage.
